As each order is custom designed, once payment has been made there can be no refund given for any change of mind. If you (the buyer) has a change of mind regarding a shipped product, if we have not yet placed our order with our print partner then we will work with you to amend your order. In this instance, no refund will be given if the value of the new order is less than the original order.
In the event that we ship a product that happens to be faulty, you (the buyer) should first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number, reason for return and supporting evidence such as a photo. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order so that our print partner can be contacted and your issue investigated. We treat faults as very serious and will send a replacement product as quickly as possible.
If a refund is approved, we will only issue this as per the original method of payment. The refund will be issued to the customer within 3 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging.
You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address.
